Enlighten Supply Pool is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Greater London to split time between leading classes and targeted interventions. The role includes covering PPA and short-term absences, with additional efforts to advance pupil progress through small-group work.

As a HLTA, you will split your time between leading whole classes and delivering targeted support. Your primary responsibility will be covering scheduled PPA time and short-term teacher absences, ensuring high-quality lesson delivery. When not covering classes, you will champion pupil progress by leading small-group interventions.
