Job summary

Enlighten Supply Pool is hiring a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in the UK. You will split time between leading whole classes and providing targeted support, covering PPA periods and short-term absences to ensure high-quality lessons.

When not covering, you will drive pupil progress with small-group interventions and work with teachers to support learners in Years 5 and 6. The role offers competitive daily rates paid weekly via PAYE.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification is required.
• Right to work in the UK in order to apply.
• Experience with students in Year 5 and Year 6.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole classes and deliver targeted support, covering scheduled PPA time and short-term teacher absences.
• Champion pupil progress by running small-group interventions when not covering classes.
