Enlighten Supply Pool is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to split time between leading whole classes and delivering targeted support, covering scheduled PPA time and short-term teacher absences. When not covering classes, you will champion pupil progress by leading small-group interventions and by supporting learners in Year 5 and Year 6.

Competenze

• Must have HLTA qualification.
• Experience working with students in Years 5 and 6.
• Legal right to work in the UK to apply for this role.

Mansioni

About the Higher Level Teaching Teaching Assistant role:

As a HLTA, you will split your time between leading whole classes and delivering targeted support. Your primary responsibility will be covering scheduled PPA time and short-term teacher absences, ensuring high-quality lesson delivery. When not covering classes, you will champion pupil progress by leading small-group interventions.
