Job summary

Enlighten Supply Pool is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to split time between leading whole classes and targeted interventions. You will cover PPA time and teacher absences while driving pupil progress through small-group work.

The ideal candidate holds an HLTA qualification and has experience with Year 5 and Year 6 pupils. The role offers excellent daily rates paid weekly, pension contributions after qualifying, and a supportive consultant to assist throughout.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Ability to cover scheduled PPA time and short-term teacher absences.
• Experience supporting pupils in years 5 and 6.

Responsibilities

About the Higher Level Teaching Teaching Assistant role:

As a HLTA, you will split your time between leading whole classes and delivering targeted support. When not covering classes, you will champion pupil progress by leading small-group interventions.
