Job summary

Redbox Teacher Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Behaviour Lead at a fantastic Primary School in East London - E3. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position where you will support children with Special Educational Needs while working alongside a dedicated team.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and an HLTA qualification. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to nurturing student potential. A £200 referral fee is also offered for successful teacher or TA referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Experience working in a UK classroom setting and primary school curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to arrange for one.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans for students.
• Assist with the development of lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Inspire children to reach their full potential with enthusiasm and dedication.

Skills

Experience with children with Special Educational Needs

Excellent English, Maths and ICT skills

Excellent behaviour management skills

Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team

Education
