We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the heart of Tower Hamlets. About the Role

• Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups
• Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of teaching staff
• Work closely with teachers to raise student achievement and engagement
• Provide targeted support for students with additional needs
• Contribute to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with students, staff and families
