Step Teachers is seeking an experienced HLTA for a full-time, long-term temporary role from September 2026, supporting Year 2 and Year 3 pupils. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning support and maintain continuity across Lower KS2 and KS1 transitions.
The ideal candidate holds an HLTA qualification or equivalent and has experience in KS1/KS2 with strong classroom management. Commitment to safeguarding and collaboration with the school team is essential.
