TeacherActive Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a SEND setting with vocational courses. You will deliver practical subjects including Joinery / carpentry, brickwork, plastering and Motor Vehicle studies.

The role requires a minimum HLTA qualification (ECTs / QTS welcome) and a patient, resilient approach. The successful candidate will help build learners' confidence and practical skills for learning.

Formación

• Minimum HLTA qualification (ECTs / QTS also welcome to apply).
• Experience in at least one of the above vocational avenues.

Job Title: HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £100 - £150 per day

Are you a qualified HLTA or above?

I am proud to be looking for a HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistantbased in Stoke to support a SEND setting with their vocational courses. The setting works with children with SEMH needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health), who require additional support. The successful HLTA will play a crucial role in building these young peoples confidence, practical skills and engagement with learning.

The successful HLTA /Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be delivering a range of practical vocational subjects such as Joinery / carpentry, brickwork, plastering, Motor Vehicle studies.

The successful HLTA /Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:
