Job summary

St James' CE Primary - Primary Phase is seeking a committed and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. The HLTA will support teaching and learning across the primary phase, including in the absence of the class teacher.

The successful candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent, strong classroom practice and behaviour management, be flexible, proactive and highly organised, and work well as part of a team while being committed to raising standards and supporting all learners.
