Job summary

Pertemps in Birmingham is seeking an experienced HLOP/VNA driver to join our warehouse team. The role includes operating VNA or HLOP equipment safely, retrieving stock and supporting inventory checks in a fast-paced environment.

You will pick stock from high storage locations, ensure accurate packing and order fulfilment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with VNA or HLOP equipment essential.
• In-date accredited licence for VNA/HLOP operation required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate VNA equipment within racking systems.
• Retrieve and relocate stock in tight aisles.
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Operate HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• Ensure accurate packing and order fulfillment.

HLOP Driver or VNA -ASAP

Location: Erdington, Birmingham

Pay: between £13.40

Hours: Monday to Friday-10:00-18:00

What You'll Be Doing:

As a VNA Driver:

• " MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE.
• "Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
• "Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
• "Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• "Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.

As a High-Level Order Picker:

• "Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• "Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• "Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
• "Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• "Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• "In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• "A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• "Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
