Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is recruiting for an experienced HLOP Driver or VNA operator in Erdington, Birmingham. The role is full-time, salary £13.40 per hour, with hours Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

A valid licence for VNA or HLOP is essential, with duties involving safe handling in narrow racking and stock relocation at height. We’re seeking a reliable, safety-conscious candidate to join a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating VNA or HLOP equipment.
• In-date licence or certification for VNA/HLOP operation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating VNA equipment within narrow racking systems.
• Retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
• Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.
• Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
