Job summary

Rachel Hill Resourcing is seeking a reliable VNA Driver to join a busy warehouse team in the UK. The role involves operating a Very Narrow Aisle truck to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise safely and efficiently.

You will report to the warehouse supervisor, work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an hourly rate of £13.50. A valid VNA forklift licence and prior warehouse experience are essential, along with a strong safety and team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date VNA forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited preferred).
• Previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Operate a VNA truck safely and in accordance with company and health & safety procedures.
• Load and unload goods from racking systems in very narrow aisles.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
