• Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.

Job description

Based in Balsall, this full-time position for an HLOP Driver or VNA operator offers a salary of £13.40 per hour. Work takes place Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00. You must hold a valid licence for either machine type. Duties involve safely manoeuvring equipment within narrow racking systems, accurately picking or relocating stock at height, supporting inventory replenishment, and strictly observing safety protocols. What You’ll Be Doing:

• As a VNA Driver:
  • MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE.
  • Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
  • Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
  • Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
  • Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.
• As a High-Level Order Picker:
  • Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
  • Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
