Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator for Attingham Park and Sunnycroft to ensure safe, compliant and welcoming facilities across a wide estate. You’ll work with the Facilities Manager to maintain buildings, follow safety protocols and support a busy team across a year-round site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements including fire safety and emergency response.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and information management systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for cross-team collaboration.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, with experience in managing budgets and delivering high-quality services.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager with health, safety, security, fire, environmental management and compliance tasks.
• Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate, liaising with contractors.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor compliance using IT systems.
• Provide excellent support to colleagues, visitors and external contractors, coordinating facilities-related activities.
