The National Trust is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the management of built assets at Arlington Court and the North Devon Coast & Countryside. You will ensure our places remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for the future.

You’ll plan and deliver facilities services across the portfolio, oversee routine and reactive maintenance, manage budgets and resources, and lead a team of staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Experience in procurement, contracts, supply chain and contractor management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in risk assessments and operational procedures.
