Job summary

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to join the Facilities and Business Services Team at Attingham Park and Sunnycroft. The role focuses on caring for historic buildings, visitor facilities, estate properties and more, ensuring safety, compliance and a welcoming environment for all.

Based primarily at Attingham Park with occasional travel across the wider estate, you will support the Facilities Manager in health, safety,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience with information management systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Budgeting experience and delivering high-quality services.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in health, safety, security, fire and compliance.
• Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio.
• Liaise with contractors and support colleagues to create a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor compliance using IT systems.
• Help ensure visitor facilities reflect the special nature of the places in our care.
