Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Hire Desk to ensure a smooth hire process.
• Coordinate hire equipment, fleet availability, and stock across the depot and network.
• Oversee hire contracts, off-hires, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with logistics to schedule timely transport.
• Handle inbound calls and enquiries while supporting sales opportunities.
• Identify and act on new business opportunities from customer interactions.
• Support pricing, rates, and commercial decisions as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day operations of theHire Desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient hire process
• Coordinating hire equipment, fleet availability, and stock levels across the depot and wider network
• Overseeinghire contracts, off-hires, and auditsto ensure accuracy and compliance
• Working closely with logistics teams to ensuretimely and efficient transport scheduling
• Handling inbound calls and enquiries while supportingsales opportunities and conversions
• Identifying and acting onnew business opportunitiesfrom customer interactions
• Supporting pricing, rates, and commercial decisions when required
• Building strong relationships with customers toenhance retention and growth
