A leading hire provider in the UK seeks a Hire Controller in Birmingham. This role is crucial for operations, focusing on sales and customer service. Location - Birmingham
Working Hours - Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00 (42 hours per week)
Salary - £28,589 per annum, pro rata
The Hire Controller plays a vital role in operations at the depot, being on the front line of sales and customer service. The role involves building relationships and coordinating the hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Daily tasks are desk-based, working closely with other departments, stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure minimal delays and readily available equipment.
