Jacobs is seeking a Highways Technical Lead to shape major transport programmes in the UK and internationally. You will influence quality, safety and performance on schemes relied on by millions daily, acting as the technical voice on complex projects and mentoring engineers across teams.

You will drive delivery, foster collaboration across disciplines and help clients navigate infrastructure challenges with innovative digital engineering approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing design activities within highways or related infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of highways design standards and processes (DMRB or equivalent).
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with clients.
