Job summary

Caval Limited is seeking a Highways Supervisor/Site Manager for nationwide site work on supermarket car park refurbishments. You will oversee gangs handling kerbing, drainage, fault repairs and surfacing, traveling across the country to deliver a top-notch finish in a safe environment.

The role requires CSCS and SMSTS qualifications, First Aid, and proven highways/civils/surfacing experience. Day rate is £350 per day with hotel, mileage and subsistence paid for staying away.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• SMSTS/CSCS certification required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Extensive highways/civils/surfacing experience.

• Ensure site records are accurate and kept up to date
• Producing excellent finishes to client expectations

Role

The role will be site management on supermarket car park refurbishments. Managing gangs doing kerbing, drainage, fault repairs and full surfacing of the car park as the job goes on. Using your experience in highways, civils, surfacing, the ideal candidate will be working all around the country providing top notch finishes in a safe environment.

The successful candidate will have:
