Caval Ltd is seeking a Highways Supervisor/Site Manager for nationwide travel to manage supermarket car park refurbishments. Role involves overseeing gangs handling kerbing, drainage, fault repairs, and full surfacing with a focus on safety and quality across sites.

The successful candidate will have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and extensive highways/civils/surfacing experience. Travel nationwide with hotel, mileage and subsistence paid as part of the contract.

Formación

• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS/CSCS qualification preferred or required.
• First Aid certification desirable.
• Strong experience in highways, civils and surfacing.

Responsabilidades

• Managing quality and safety on site at all times.
• Ensure site records are accurate and kept up to date.
• Producing excellent finishes to client expectations.
• Ordering of correct materials (especially asphalt) to correct measurements.
