Job summary

Caval Ltd is seeking a Highways Supervisor/Site Manager for nationwide travel to manage supermarket car park refurbishments. Role involves overseeing gangs handling kerbing, drainage, fault repairs, and full surfacing with a focus on safety and quality across sites.

The successful candidate will have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and extensive highways/civils/surfacing experience. Travel nationwide with hotel, mileage and subsistence paid as part of the contract.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS/CSCS qualification preferred or required.
• First Aid certification desirable.
• Strong experience in highways, civils and surfacing.

Job Title: Highways Supervisor/Site Manager

Location: Nationwide work - staying away with hotel, mileage and subsistence paid

Duration: Our client has ongoing work, for the right person we will keep them busy all year in 2027!

Day Rate: 350 per day

Role:

The role will be site management on supermarket car park refurbishments. Managing gangs doing kerbing, drainage, fault repairs and full surfacing of the car park as the job goes on. Using your experience in highways, civils, surfacing, the ideal candidate will be working all around the country providing top notch finishes in a safe environment.
