• Conduct site inductions and staff briefings.
• Assist in maintenance and preparation of CPP.
• Monitor progress within the agreed programme.
• Monitor risk assessments and method statements.
• Monitor resourcing levels and adjust where necessary.

Highways Supervisor

Salary: £45000 - £55000

As an experienced Highways Supervisor you will be working for a leading highway contractor on multiple projects across London, including reactive maintenance/repair work.

Working alongside Local Authorities and Councils, they have gained a strong reputation for local knowledge, reliability and high-quality services with a customer-focused approach.

To be suitable for the position you must have:

• Driving Licence
• CSCS (Gold card)
• SSSTS or SMSMTS
• Highways and high-speed road network experience
• NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)
• Main contractor experience
• LA experience
• Strong commercial experience
• Experience of working on large-scale projects

Responsibilities:
