Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in highways and planning law.
• Experience drafting s38, s278 and s106 agreements.
• Experience with Judicial reviews and planning appeals.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice to members and officers on highways and planning law.
• Draft and negotiate s38, s278 and s106 agreements.
• Advise on Highways Act 1980 and Town and Country Planning Act 1990 notices; provide written and verbal guidance.
• Assist with wider regulatory matters such as housing, licensing and employment as needed.
