Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Team Leader/Manager with proven highways maintenance experience to join our client in Oxfordshire. You will lead a team delivering highway maintenance and drainage schemes across the area, oversee patching and surfacing projects, and conduct site visits for quality control.

The role is a full-time contract with a daily rate of £400-£450 plus expenses, negotiable based on experience. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading highway maintenance teams.
• Proven ability to manage drainage schemes and patching/surfacing projects.
• Strong liaison with stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of highway professionals delivering maintenance and drainage schemes.
• Plan and execute surfacing, patching, drainage and highway improvement projects.
• Carry out site visits across the area to ensure quality control.
• Liaise with the public, stakeholders, emergency services and contractors.
