Amey is seeking a Highways Maintenance Operative to join the Area 12 Incident Response Team in Malton. You’ll help maintain and improve the strategic road network, keeping road users safe and delivering a high-quality service for our client.
The role features a 4 on 4 off pattern averaging 40 hours per week, with standby and winter maintenance rotas. You’ll work alongside colleagues, subcontractors and client representatives to deliver safe and efficient highway works.

The standard hours of work are based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, averaging 40 hours per week, with participation in standby and winter maintenance rotas as required.
As a Highways Maintenance Operative within our Incident Response Team (IRT), you'll support the delivery of routine, reactive and emergency highway maintenance activities across the Area 12 network.
