Kier Group is recruiting a Highways Maintenance Operative to join the Transportation Team at one of our depots in Area 4. The role offers a pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and additional benefits.
Based at Weatherhill Depot, Ford Depot, or Marley Lane, you will work 40 hours weekly (Mon–Fri) with occasional night shifts in a rotating cycle. Salary ranges from £13.45 to £15.83 per hour, plus call out and overtime.

Location: Based at one of the following depots. Weatherhill Depot (RH6 9JE), Ford Depot (BN18 0DF), Marley Lane (TN33 0RE)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We can offer day or night working; however, as part of the shift rota, you will be required to work a minimum of one week of night shifts in every four-week cycle.
Salary: £13.45 to £15.83 per hour (depending on experience) + call out + overtime
