Job summary

Ringway is seeking a Design & Construction Manager to lead the Hounslow contract, directing a team of Project Managers and Engineers to deliver a diverse portfolio of highways and infrastructure projects across the borough.

You will drive capital works from inception to completion, manage budgets and subcontractors, maintain client relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards on time and within £5m-£7m programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong budget management and commercial awareness.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with supply chains and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and client relationships.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred; ICE/CIHT membership beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital works and highways improvement programmes.
• Manage resurfacing, regeneration and public realm projects.
• Oversee developer-led and third-party schemes.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supply chain relationships.
• Represent Ringway at client, stakeholder and leadership meetings.
• Ensure safety, efficiency and budget adherence across portfolio value £5m-£7m.
