WildLand in the Highlands of Scotland is seeking a passionate chef to join the Head Chef team, helping to deliver honest, provenance-driven food at the highest standard across our Highland sites. This role offers a lifestyle away from urban demands and a kitchen designed for excellence.

You will be a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, with private dining or fine dining experience, a strong team player and confident with guest interactions, embracing the remote Highlands setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, ideally in private dining or fine dining environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a kitchen team.
• Comfortable engaging guests at service and explaining dishes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the culinary vision of the Head Chef at the venues.
• Deliver a relaxed, interactive dining experience for guests.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to plan menus and accommodate dietary requests.
• Plan supplies ahead, considering the remote Highlands locations.
• Build relationships with local suppliers for high-quality ingredients.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain a cohesive, collaborative team.
