Highland Coast Hotels is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our Highland culinary team on a permanent full-time basis. You will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee food preparation, manage staff, and ensure hygiene standards while delivering dishes that reflect the Highland heritage.

The ideal candidate has proven Sous Chef experience in a high-end setting, strong leadership, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. Salary up to £37K, with service charges and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong culinary skills with understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
