Search Consultancy is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef for a fine dining establishment in Inverness. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and service. This role involves shaping menus and managing a team of skilled chefs while maintaining standards in a prestigious hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-standard culinary environment is required.
• Strong skills in leadership and communication.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations in absence of Executive Head Chef.
• Shape seasonal menus and maintain high standards.
• Manage, coach, and develop junior chefs and kitchen porters.
