Job summary

The Supply Register is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students across age groups within our Plymouth Cast Trust partnership across Cornwall, Plymouth, Devon, Exeter and Dorset.

This part-time role involves long-term cover with the potential for permanent placement, focusing on one-to-one and small group support to create an engaging learning environment for all learners.

• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.

Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part time basis to cover long-term with a potential of becoming a permanent staff to provide valuable support to our students and teachers.

Position Overview: As a teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students across various age groups and abilities.

Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Has to be Level 3 HLTA Qualified

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and classroom settings.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
