Job summary

Droylsden Academy is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Numeracy) to accelerate progress in Mathematics and Numeracy. You will work closely with Learning Support and Mathematics staff to deliver targeted interventions and supervise small groups, including Year 7 and 8 catch-up sessions.

You will monitor progress, assess learning and provide evidence-based feedback to help students reach their full potential and access the full curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions to accelerate progress in Mathematics and Numeracy.

• Independently tutor and supervise individuals and small groups (Year 7 and 8 catch-up).
