Job summary

Queensbury Academy in Dunstable is looking for a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Department. This role supports literacy, numeracy or SEMH initiatives and helps students grow in confidence and achieve their best.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers in a friendly, supportive team, benefit from excellent CPD and development opportunities within Anthem Trust, and enjoy a calm environment where collaboration and pupil wellbeing are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in literacy, numeracy or SEMH.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work with teachers.
• Commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and inclusive activities.
• Assist with assessment, feedback and targeted interventions to raise attainment.
• Support students to grow in confidence and achieve their best in a calm classroom environment.

• Salary shown is full-time equivalent and will be prorated accordingly.
