Job summary

Queensbury Academy is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Inclusion Department. The role focuses on supporting literacy, numeracy and SEMH to help students grow in confidence and achieve their best.

With 32.5 hours per week term-time only, you will collaborate with teachers in a calm, engaging environment and benefit from excellent CPD and career progression within Anthem Schools Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting literacy and numeracy development.
• Experience or familiarity with SEMH is preferred.
• Willingness to contribute to inclusion and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
• Assist with literacy and numeracy interventions.
• Support students in building confidence and independence.
