Job summary

Lambourn C of E Primary School is seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Upper Key Stage 2 team. This fixed term contract runs until 31 August 2027, with term-time plus 3 INSET days, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to inspire learning and support teaching.

About Lambourn C of E Primary School

Our school, which is situated in the stunning Lambourn Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has extensive grounds and state of the art resources. Our site provides opportunities for outdoor experiences and learning. We are one of the only primary schools in West Berkshire to have an outdoor heated swimming pool enabling us to provide free weekly swimming lessons for Year 1 to Year 6 in addition to stay and swim for reception.

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our ambitious and supportive team in Upper Key Stage 2.

Fixed Term Contract initially until 31st August 2027 with possibility of extension

Term-time plus 3 INSET days

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA who can inspire children, support excellent teaching and confidently lead learning when required.
