Aspire People is actively recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Hinckley. The role involves supporting lesson delivery, leading activities and providing targeted pupil support within a school setting.

Ideal candidates will have prior TA experience in primary settings, strong communication and classroom management skills, and an HLTA qualification or equivalent. The position is Monday–Friday during term time with a competitive daily rate and opportunities for longer

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school.
• Experience supporting children across primary education.
• An HLTA qualification or relevant equivalent experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Lead small-group activities, interventions and learning sessions.

Location: Hinckley Salary: £105 per day Contract: Monday to Friday, term time only Start Date: Immediate / ongoing

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your education career? Aspire People are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a school in Hinckley.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident supporting classroom learning, leading activities and helping pupils achieve their potential. You will work closely with teaching staff while taking responsibility for delivering engaging learning opportunities and providing additional support where needed.

The Role

• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Lead small-group activities, interventions and learning sessions
• Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of abilities and needs
• Assist with lesson planning and the preparation of classroom resources

Requirements
