Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support primary schools across Bexley, including Bexley, Welling, Sidcup, Crayford and Erith.

You will deliver planned lessons under teacher direction, lead interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics, and provide short-term cover while working closely with teachers and school leaders.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or substantial experience leading classroom activities.
• Experience supporting pupils in KS1 or KS2.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Confidence delivering pre-planned learning activities independently.

Location: Bexley, Welling, Sidcup, Crayford and Erith

Pay: £110-£140 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities

Hours: Typically 8:15am-3:45pm

Contract: Daily Supply / Part-Time / Long-Term
