Academics Ltd is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Beckenham. The position runs from January 2027 to 28 May 2027, with a salary determined by qualifications and experience in line with the school's pay policy.

Looking for a HLTA role? We are working with a primary school in Beckenham that are in need of a HLTA to support them from January 2027.

The Role:

• Support teaching and learning in primary school setting
• Deliver engaging activities and interventions to support pupil progress
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Cover classes and provide PPA cover when required
• Work alongside class teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment
