Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Grimsby to support teaching across all classes with allocated PPA time. You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, support students individually and in small groups, and foster an inclusive learning environment.

DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required. The role offers rates of £105-£140 per day and opportunities for professional development through CPD and school networking events.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be patient, adaptable, and an effective team player.
• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role is advantageous.

• Experience of working within KS2 or KS1.
