Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across all classes with allocated PPA time. You will support teachers by delivering high‑quality lessons and guiding pupils in both one‑to‑one and small‑group settings.

The role requires an HLTA qualification or equivalent, strong communication, teamwork and adaptability, and you must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be patient, adaptable, and an effective team player.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
• Provide support to students one‑to‑one and in small groups.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to students' holistic development and well‑being.
• Cover all classes across the school and manage PPA time.
