Teaching Personnel is recruiting confident and experienced HLTA staff to support primary schools in the Camborne and Redruth area. This full-time opportunity offers classroom leadership, flexibility, and ongoing support from a local consultant.

Responsibilities include leading lessons, delivering pre-planned activities, and supporting pupils and staff across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. All applicants require HLTA status or equivalent experience and relevant safeguarding training.

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting confident and experienced HLTAs to support primary schools across the Camborne and Redruth area as we start working alongside more local schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and the chance to lead learning while continuing to support pupils throughout their educational journey.

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Leading whole-class learning during PPA cover
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons
  • Supporting intervention groups
  • Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Helping pupils reach their full potential
  • Supporting teachers and senior leaders across the school
We're looking for someone who:
  • Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
