Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in Tiverton, Devon, starting September 2026. The role involves supporting teachers, delivering interventions, and helping pupils across the curriculum.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education? We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Tiverton seeking a skilled HLTA to join their team from September.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum. The successful candidate will support whole-class teaching, lead small intervention groups, and provide targeted support to pupils, helping them achieve their full potential.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, supporting a range of learning needs, and making a positive impact in the classroom.

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications
