Monarch Education are seeking a motivated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Bampton, Oxfordshire. This long-term role offers the opportunity to contribute to whole class teaching and nurture a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Pay is £100–£130 per day, depending on experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate resilience, flexibility, a growth mindset, and a commitment to meeting each child’s needs.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Team-oriented school in Bampton, Oxfordshire

Monarch Education are on the search for an enthusiastic and skilled Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a friendly and aspirational primary school in Bampton. The school prides itself on its inclusive culture and strong relationships between staff, pupils and local community.

This is a long-term role.

Pay: £100 – £130 a day (dependent on experience)
