Monarch Education is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Gloucester city centre. You will support the class teacher, help deliver engaging lessons, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to assist pupils academically and socially, with a patient and caring approach. The role is ideal for graduates or experienced assistants committed to education.

Competenze

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Experience within a school setting would be advantageous.
• A patient, positive and caring approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Teaching Assistant
Location: Gloucester City Centre
Hours: Full-Time

Mainstream Primary School Monarch Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established primary school in the centre of Gloucester to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school where you will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will assist in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about education and supporting children both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
