Manor Fields Primary School in Salisbury is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Midday Meals Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will support teaching and learning across the primary age range, lead learning with individuals and groups, and supervise lunchtime activities to ensure a safe, positive experience for pupils.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) & Midday Meals Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting teaching and learning across the school while also helping to create a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.

The successful candidate will primarily support teaching and learning within our mainstream school, delivering planned learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes. There may also be opportunities to work within our Specialist Resource Base, offering valuable experience of both mainstream and specialist provision within an inclusive setting.

As both an HLTA and Midday Meals Supervisor, you will play a key role in children's academic, social and emotional development throughout the school day. From leading learning in the classroom and supporting pupil progress to promoting positive relationships and independence during lunchtime, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
