The Sheffield College is seeking an experienced learning support professional to assist learners in a Specialist FE college, General FE college, or secondary school environment. The role requires adapting support methods to diverse learning styles and collaborates with a small team to enable access to education for students.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, knowledge of post-16 pathways, and familiarity with assistive technology and inclusion practices to

• Experience supporting learners in Specialist FE college, General FE college or secondary school environment.
• Ability to adapt support methods to suit a variety of learning styles and educational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience of leading a small team.
• Experience of providing personal care for students to enable them to access education.
• Experience with post-16 curriculum pathways including vocational/technical training and apprenticeships.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and inclusive learning tools.
