Arcadis in Greater London is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost control on higher education capital projects across the UK, from planning through to handover. You will manage budgets, cost reporting and risk, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors to ensure profitable, high-quality delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven Project Manager experience in construction or the built environment.
• Higher Education project experience strongly preferred.
• Bid writing or account management experience desirable.
• Experience in administering JCT Suite of contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction and capital projects for Higher Education clients from planning through to handover.
• Manage budgets, programme, risk, governance, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Build strong client relationships and support account growth.
• Contribute to bid writing, tenders, and proposal development.
