Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Higher Education construction and capital projects from planning to handover. You will manage budgets, programmes, risks, governance and contract compliance while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, drive account growth, and contribute to bid writing and proposals. Experience with live projects and JCT contracts is important; MRICS/MAPM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience in construction or the built environment.
• Experience delivering capital projects, refurbishment, fit-out, or infrastructure schemes.
• Higher Education project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong client management, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing complex projects in live environments.
• Bid writing or account management experience desirable.
• MRICS or MAPM accreditation advantageous.
