You will cook high-volume meals, assist with menu preparation and portion control, and maintain strict food hygiene standards while working with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

The role requires proven kitchen experience and valid Food Hygiene certificates, with flexible ad-hoc shifts across the week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen setting.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or valid Food Hygiene certifications.
• Ad-hoc, shift-by-shift availability.
• Punctual and proactive in fast-paced kitchen conditions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals in a high-volume catering environment.
• Assisting with menu preparation, portion control, and food presentation.
